The NetPosa Video Cloud is a cloud computing solution for massive video and image applications. It provides kernel functions such as image resource integration, uniform storage, efficient computing, intelligent retrieving and big data analysis, offering dedicated video and image analysis application service to users.

Product Function

1. Resource management

The resource management of NetPosa video cloud changes the infrastructures of CPU, memory, disk and I/O hardware to a “resource pool” for dynamic management, which can be assigned on demand in order to improve resource utilization rate. It simplifies system management, and achieves integration of computing, storage and network resources. This function is the foundation for other kernel functions such as cloud storage, cloud computing, cloud retrieving and big data analysis.

2. Cloud storage

The NetPosa cloud storage provides uniform storage of massive files and structural text data by using the distributed file system and distributed database technology for different requirements of industries. EB capacity and 100 billion structural records are supported. By combining multi-year technology experiences in the video monitoring field, the NetPosa video cloud storage optimizes the video storage, realizes quick retrieving of video frames and quick ordering of video at any time within milliseconds.

3. Cloud computing

The NetPosa video cloud computing integrates Map/Reduce big data computing, flow computing, highly concurrent computing and memory computing framework, completely supports different computing types in the video and image applications, and meets the business requirements such as history and real-time video analysis, video retrieving, image processing and data collision.

4. Cloud retrieval

The NetPosa video cloud retrieval supports structural and non-structural retrieval. In structural retrieval, the optimized parallel quick query engine technology (OPAQ) independently developed by NetPosa and full-text search technology (SOLR) extensively used in Internet industry are used and can retrieve results from 10 billion records in seconds, offering more easily and quickly video retrieving methods to users. In non-structural retrieval, the cloud computing module is reused to realize multiple intelligent retrieving functions such as quick face retrieving, image search by image, and rule retrieving.

5. Big data analysis

With advanced data mining technology, this product can realize the statistics analysis and proactive recommendation function. This function not only includes the foundational data feature learning, pattern classification, clustering analysis, regressive analysis and associative analysis technology, but also includes the customized analysis technology related to specific application business. The customized analysis technology can introduce the modular plug-in and realize data modeling, analysis and prediction and alarms related to the applications.

6. Application interface service

The NetPosa video cloud provides the uniform standard application service interface, and associates and connects other systems. It not only provides the foundational video image storage, computing (video digest and image enhancement) and retrieval service), but also customizes personalized service according to the business requirements based on the plug-in design.

The cloud computing platform dedicated to video applications can provide efficient video storage, VoD, analysis, retrieval and mining service. The system complies with GB/T28181 standard and other related industrial standards.

2. Uniform resource management

This product can fully integrate existing resources, allocating resources based on actual business requirements. It can monitor the real-time operation state of the resources, dynamically adjust the system resource load, and fully utilize the resources in the system.
