Recently, the Beijing Intellectual Property Office (“BJIPO”) issued the notice on Eligible Patent Trial Entities of Beijing Municipality Passing the Acceptance Check in 2016. NetPosa was successfully identified as the Eligible Patent Trial Entity of Beijing Municipality Passing the Acceptance Check in 2016 after the year-long patent trial cultivation of the BJIPO and awarded with relevant certificate.

It’s reported that the acceptance check on eligible patent trial entities is conducted by the BJIPO, intellectual property offices of various districts and counties, and the Intellectual Property Office of the Economic and Technical Development Zone. Thanks to the outstanding performance in technological research & development and the evident increase in the quantity of patent applications and authorizations, NetPosa passed strict selected conditions and won the recognition of relevant departments and patent trial entities. Going forward, the BJIPO will support the patent trial entities in such aspects as the counseling and training of patent affairs, establishment of patent database, implementation of patent strategy researches, and loans for patent projects.
