According to the unified deployment of the State Council, Pu'an County in Qianxinan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province is one of the designated areas for assistance from the Ministry of Public Security (MPS). Among them, a minority community comprising mainly the Buyei people, Chayuan small town is the main battlefield for the work of poverty alleviation and relocation, and the major livelihood project in Qianxinan Prefecture, and even Guizhou Province. At the same time, in order to develop the local traditional tea industry and tourism industry, it is particularly important to create a stable social security environment, and it is imperative to construct, upgrade and reform the field of public security.
As the world's leading video surveillance management platform, NetPosa Technologies Ltd. actively practiced corporate social responsibility and cooperated with the MPS for poverty alleviation and construction assistance. After accompanying the leaders of MPS and Guizhou Provincial Public Security Department to inspect the construction of the local “Tianwang project”, based on local current construction and long-term development planning, NetPosa Technologies adhered to three major construction principles, which were data sharing to avoid redundant construction, early warning and post-event judgment, promotion of Pu'an county’s tourism + according to local conditions, successfully completing the project design and compilation of construction plan. The construction content of the intelligent security system in Chayuan small town mainly included six systems such as video networking system application and video structuring system application. This construction assistance project applied the powerful access technology, intelligent analysis technology and video structuring technology accumulated by NetPosa Technologies in the field of video surveillance to the system construction. On the one hand, it effectively complemented the current situation of single function of Tianwang. The intelligent security system could collect and analyze data around the residential area through the risk detection platform. Once suspicious information and emergencies were discovered, video tracking and evidence collection could be carried out immediately, and on-site real-time control and capture could be implemented, which greatly enhanced the efficiency of police officers despite less manpower.
The project of intelligent security system in Chayuan small town was spoken highly of by leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, Guizhou Provincial Public Security Department, Qianxinan Prefecture Public Security Bureau and Pu'an County People’s Government. On Oct. 17, 2018, “acceptance and transfer activity of intelligent security system in Chayuan small town with Buyei nationality” was carried out in Pu'an County Public Security Bureau. Leaders from the MPS Office of Poverty Alleviation and Bureau of Science and Technology such as Wang Qiang, Deputy Director of the MPS Office of Poverty Alleviation, Chen Jinghua, Deputy Director of Bureau of Science and Technology under the MPS, and Zhao Yuan, Division Chief of Security Protection Guidance Division under Bureau of Science and Technology were present at this meeting. During the meeting, Wang Qiang, Deputy Director of the MPS Office of Poverty Alleviation awarded the certificate of honor for poverty alleviation work to NetPosa Technologies Ltd. on behalf of the Office.
